Hello Everyone!

This week has been so so crazy but really fun! We had zone conference with Elder and sister Neilson of the 70. That was an amazing experience. Sister Neilson had a chat with all the sisters and just explained to us how important us being here is. There is a reason I was sent to the earth at this time and that the age change happened when it did.

We've also been teaching like crazy! It's been really great! Christmas as a missionary can either be really successful or really awful because everyone is too busy to meet or listen. Luckily we have a lot of people to see on Christmas. It's actually kind of sad, though.  I'm still in a young single adults ward and there are a lot of people who are going to be away from their families on Christmas, all alone. So we're going to see them! It'll be great. We also had our mission Christmas devotional yesterday. That was the best! The entire mission was all together. We had a big breakfast and got to hang out for a bit, then had a short devotional with mostly musical numbers. It was so great! Sister Saathoff was playing the piano for a huge group last minute. She was pretty stressed out about it and we were going early to practice. We decided to wake up earlier to run but I decided to lock the door and not bring the key with me. Luckily there are some elders who live in our same complex. They first tried to break us in with a butter knife, then we tried every other possible way. It's really comforting to know that our apartment is NOT easy to break into. Then they had to leave to help set up the devotional so we just started getting ready in their apartment. The land lord finally woke up and got us in. We got ready and ran over there. It was not a good morning to get locked out. Especially seeing the entire mission and not showering before hand.... but that night we went to Christmas Card Lane. A neighborhood with big billboards like Christmas cards. It was so fun! I'll send pictures eventually. I hope you all have a merry Christmas! I love you and am so grateful for everyone's support!
